What a precious book. William Joyce saw the "curative power of stories" while reading to "displaced children." Well! What an exemplary curative, and powerful, story he has given
us in "The Fantastic Flying Books of Mr. Morris Lessmore." I teared up when I read it. This is a children's book, and the child in me loves this simple heartfelt story with the delightful pictures. The artwork is just so sweet and perfect, befitting the story. The back cover says this is Joe Bluhm's "picture book debut." You nailed it Joe Bluhm! This book is a keeper.
